Effective date: June 15, 2026

FocusFlow is a private offline focus timer and task planner developed by Hammad Nawaz. This Privacy Policy explains how FocusFlow handles information when you use the app.

## Information We Do Not Collect

FocusFlow does not require you to create an account and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal information with the developer or any third party.

FocusFlow does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking tools, or remote servers.

## Information Stored on Your Device

FocusFlow stores the following information locally on your device so the app can function:

- Tasks you create, including titles, notes, due dates, priorities, and completion status
- Focus session history, such as completed session times and durations
- App preferences, such as theme, language, timer durations, notification preference, and onboarding status

This information stays on your device. It is not sent to the developer or to an external server.

## Notifications

FocusFlow may ask for notification permission so it can show local reminders when a focus session or break session ends. These notifications are generated on your device. FocusFlow does not use remote push notifications and does not send notification data to a server.

FocusFlow may also use vibration for timer or notification feedback if supported by your device.

## Permissions

FocusFlow may request or use the following Android permissions:

- Notifications: used to alert you when a focus or break session ends
- Vibration: used for local timer or notification feedback

FocusFlow does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, phone, SMS, photos, videos, files, or financial information.

## Data Sharing

FocusFlow does not share user data with third parties. Because the app is designed to work offline, your task data, focus history, and settings remain local to your device.

## Data Security

FocusFlow stores app data using local device storage. Since the data remains on your device, protecting access to your device helps protect your FocusFlow data. The app does not transmit your stored data over the internet.

## Data Retention and Deletion

Your FocusFlow data remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove data by:

- Deleting individual tasks in the app
- Using the app's clear all data option, if available
- Clearing the app's storage from your device settings
- Uninstalling the app

FocusFlow does not keep backup copies of your data on developer-controlled servers.

## Children's Privacy

FocusFlow is not directed to children under 13 years of age. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

## Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a new effective date.
